This issue is now resolved
On-site engineers from our third party provider have replaced affected components, and services have returned to normal. A problem was identified with the fail-over system, which has been addressed and tested.
We have been notified by a third party Voice over iP provider of an issue impacting there Sydney Network. this is causing some call routing issues and for some custoemrs PBX instances to be unreachable.
